ESMOD Berlin now invites international students to apply hessnatur Scholarships to attend the International Masters Programme - Sustainability in Fashion commencing in October 2013. Scholarships will cover half of the tuition to complete the innovative one-year English taught course.

Description
ESMOD Berlin is calling for applications to apply for two hessnatur Scholarships to attend the International Masters Programme - Sustainability in Fashion commencing in October 2013. hessnatur is a natural clothing company that produces organic clothing and textiles, whom is one of Europe’s largest online fashion distributors, and known internationally as an ecological and fair trade pioneer. hessnatur will continue their support for the programme through again providing two outstanding fashion students whom have a strong engagement with sustainability, with a scholarship that will cover half of the tuition to complete the innovative one-year English taught course.

The winning applicant should be aware that they need to be able to meet the remaining financial requirements to support their studies through the one year programme including living costs, relocation costs and course related material costs.
 
Eligibility
The winning recipient should display an innovative design portfolio with a high degree of excellence in conceptual and practical execution. Applications from candidates with a fashion marketing background will also be accepted and the portfolio must be devised to meet your individual requirements. The applicant should demonstrate a passion for sustainability within fashion and the portfolio must reflect the applicant’s engagement with sustainability to date.

In addition the candidates will be selected based on:

• Professional expertise
• Passion for sustainability in fashion
• Social competences and values
• The hessnatur Scholarship supports social fairness. In the case of equally successful applications, candidates who are financially or socially disadvantaged, will be given preference.

Application Procedure
All applicants should include the following documents:

1. The completed Application Form for the hessnatur Scholarship and include a written statement of 250 words (maximum) about your passion for sustainability in fashion and why you want to do the course and why you should be the on who is chosen. Written statements that exceed the work limit will not be accepted.
2. Maximum 4 page (A4) presentation of yourself including: resume/CV/biography outlining your current experiences to date including academic qualifications and work experience as excerpts of your creative portfolio. This must be an edited selection of your best work to date.
3. The whole application must be submitted in English

During processing the application, please note the following items:

• Applications that do not adhere to the Required Application Material outline will not be accepted.
• Applications must be sent via email to master@esmod.de and be received by 5pm on the day of the deadline
• Emails must be sent with the email subject heading hessnatur Scholarship Application
• All documents outlined in the Required Application Material must be combined into one PDF (in the order listed) which does not exceed the size of 3MBs and comes in A4 format.
• The Application as a PDF document must be named in the following format YOURFIRSTNAME_LASTNAME_hessnatur_Scholarship_ Application 2013.pdf (for example: Jane_Smith_hessnatur_Scholarship_Application_2013)

2013/2014 The Swarovski Scholarships in Jewellery Design, UK

The Swarovski Scholarships are now available for international and European Union students who enrolling Jewellery Design course. The successful candidates will receive £9,000 each cover all tuition fees, plus a contribution towards maintenance.

Description
The Swarovski Scholarships aim to promote excellence in design by financially supporting two BA students from Central Saint Martins College of Arts and Design who are deemed to have the ability and potential to make an exceptional contribution to the fashion and jewellery industries.

The scholarships are valued at £9,000 each. For Home/EU students will cover all tuition fees, plus a contribution towards maintenance. For International students the award will be a contribution towards tuition fees. The Scholarships will be offered to one final year student on the BA (Hons) Fashion course and one final year student on the BA (Hons) Jewellery Design course.

Eligibility
Entering their final year of study for a BA (Hons) degree (full-time) in either Fashion or Jewellery Design at Central Saint Martins College of Arts and Design.

Domus Academy in partnership with Vogue Talents invite applicants for fashion competion and Master Scholarship program in the field of fashion design, architecture and art schools and to people with a suitable background and professional experience in the fashion field.
Description
The Master scholarship in fashion design aimed an integrated approach between cultural, design, production, marketing and communication aspects through a dialogue with experts of the field. The program is designed to contribute to the development of professionals able to express their creativity and face the new challenges coming from the Fashion world. The University of the Arts London currently announces Grand Prix LVMH Scholarships for UK/EU and International Students. The scholarships offered for students progressing to the final year of the BA (Hons) Fashion course at Central Saint Martins College of Arts and Design. These fashion scholarships scholarships are valued one at £12,000 for the Home/EU student and one at £25,000 for the International student.

International Graduate Scholarships at the University of the Arts London, UK

The University of the Arts London is now offering International Graduate Scholarships. The scholarship is provided to learn fashion menswear, Fashion Journalism, Conservation and theater Design.

Description
The scholarships is awarded to carefully selected students accepted to study on specific MA programmes at the University of the Arts London, for enrollment in academic year 2012/2013. For the 2013/2014 academic year, the University of the Arts London is offering postgraduate scholarships for international MA and PhD students.  Scholarships will be awarded to individuals with the ability and potential to make an exceptional contribution in the art, design, communication or performance worlds.

Benefits: Each International Graduate Scholarship is worth the tuition fees of the selected MA course. Tuition fees will be paid directly to the University. Successful candidates must bring their award letter to enrollment.

Eligibility

• be assessed as an “international” student (paying the international fee band),
• hold an offer for one of the eligible full-time MA courses attached to the scholarships, offered at one of the six colleges of University of the Arts London,
• be an undergraduate student expecting to graduate with an Honours,
• be a graduate, having already gained a good bachelors degree from a Higher Education institution OR (for applicants without a bachelors degree),
• be able to demonstrate substantial equivalent and applicable experience.
