Genting Malaysia Scholarship

Eligibility

All applicants must meet the following criteria when applying for the Genting Malaysia Scholarship:

* A Malaysian citizen,
* Aged 23 years old and below,
* Have obtained or awaiting admission to pursue a full-time degree course in a local or overseas university,
* Must have achieved 7As in SPM/O-Levels and 3As in STPM/A-Levels or its equivalent,
* Current 1st year or 2nd year university students must have a CGPA of 3.5 and above,
* Household income not exceeding RM 5,000 per month (for the 'local scholarship' only).

Note: Relevant work experience, co-curricular activities, professional qualifications and achievements, where applicable, would be an added advantage.

How to Apply

1. Applicants must submit their scholarship application form through online.

2. Required fields, i.e. personal details, family, education background must be filled out.
3. Applicants must attach the following to their online application:

1. Parent's/Guardian's Income Tax J-Form,
2. Education qualifications, e.g. SPM & STPM certificates, university acceptance/offer letter, latest examination results slip,
3. Passport-sized photograph,
4. Resume - including co-curricular or extra-curricular certificates, professional qualifications, and etc.

Closing Date

Completed online applications must reach us by 5pm, 30 June 2010.

Only shortlisted candidates will be notified for an interview.
