Description
This Human Right fellowship is offered to researchers whose topic is within Dr. Howard-Hassmann’s current areas of interest. These include the human right to food and state-induced famine; globalization and human rights; social change and human rights;
political apologies; women’s rights; GLBT rights; and comparative genocide studies.

Eligibility
The interested candidates must be within five years of receiving their Ph.D. and must have their Ph.D. in hand by July 1, 2013.
