Every year the Southern Illinois University offers Premier Metropolitan Achievement Award of special tuition rate equal to 1.2 times the current Illinois in-state tuition rate.Description
The successful applicants of the Premier Metropolitan Achievement Award (PREMIER) will be granted benefits of Special tuition rate equal to 1.2 times the current Illinois in-state tuition rate. The applicants must be full time admitted freshmen at the Southern Illinois University in USA.
Eligibility
The prospective candidates of the scholarship award must be First-time, full-time admitted freshmen with a composite ACT score equal to or greater than 23 (1050 SAT) from the following in Missouri: St. Louis City, St. Louis County, St. Charles County, St. Francois County, Franklin County, Ste. Genevieve County, Jefferson County, Warren County, Lincoln County and Washington County.
Application Procedure
In order to receive the PREMIER, students also must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), complete their financial aid file, and live on campus at SIUE for their entire first year.
Submission Deadline
Automatically awarded based on criteria and as funds are available.
