As technology is an integral part of higher education, the Windows 8 Study Smarter Laptop Scholarship is a laptop scholarship. Winning students will receive an HP Envy x2 (which is technically a tablet/laptop hybrid device). The assessment of the application will based on the essay concerning on: "School is a balanced mix of work and play, and PCs have everything you need to do it all! What are the programs or apps you mix to be productive and have fun - and why?"
Eligibility
All candidates must be a current high school student or a current college student. All applicants must be attending school in the United States. This Windows 8 Laptop Scholarship is not major specific and is open to students of all academic interests.
