Description
The National Environmental Health Association (NEHA) and the American Academy of Sanitarians (AAS) have established education in environmental health as one of their principle goals. Structured education at the undergraduate and graduate levels is most important to an individual’s professional development for work in this field. Continuing education is a vital component in an environmental health professional’s career.
The purpose of the NEHA/AAS Health Study Scholarship program is to encourage early commitment by students to a career in environmental health and to stimulate past and present graduates to pursue post graduate studies in environmental health sciences and/or public health.
