Nigerian scammers are smart, sophisticated and skillfull, they where one of the pioneers of online scams, with the yahoo yahoo scam. Recently the activities of Nigerian scammers has dropped they are not active like before, maybe because there are many legal online oppoturnites now available in the country. But they are effective at least 5 out 10 successful scams are done by Nigerians. No wonder paypal the online payment platform is not available in Nigeria, if Nigerians can break paypal then other people can do the same, why trust paypal with your money?, I think paypal is afraid of the country.
