
Description
This scholarship is given in memory of University alumna Diana Lockwood who was the founder of the Pacific Islands Institute. It is awarded to undergraduate or graduate students from the Pacific. Each of the successful applicants will be granted up to $2.000. The recipients are expected to return to their home country upon completion of their studies and apply what they have learned within their communities.
Eligibility
Only applicants from from the Pacific regions: Commonwealth of the Northern Marianas Islands, Cook Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, Fiji, French Polynesia, Guam, Kiribati, New Caledonia, Palau, Papua New Guinea, Rapa Nui, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Tonga, and Vanuatu are eligible to apply.
