2013/2014 AIFS-NAFEO (National Association for Equal Opportunity ) Scholarships, USA

2013/2014 AIFS-NAFEO ScholarshipAIFS and the National Association For Equal Opportunity in Higher Education proudly present scholarships for outstanding students at black colleges to study abroad with AIFS. The successful applicants will receive 50% of the AIFS all-inclusive program fee.
Description
The National Association for Equal Opportunity in Higher Education (NAFEO) is the 501 (c) (3), tax-exempt, not-for-profit umbrella organization of the nation's Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and Predominantly Black Institutions (PBIs). Founded in 1969, NAFEO is the only membership association of its kind, representing the presidents and chancellors of the diverse black colleges and universities: public, private and land-grant, two-year, four-year, graduate and professional, historically and predominantly black colleges and universities.

AIFS and the National Association For Equal Opportunity in Higher Education are working together to provide scholarships for outstanding students at black colleges to study abroad with AIFS. These special scholarships will be available to students attending NAFEO member institutions.The scholarship Awards will be made by AIFS in conjunction with NAFEO.

Eligibility
Students must meet all standard AIFS eligibility requirements. Students are advised to work with their home institution's study abroad coordinator and their academic advisor to facilitate the transfer of academic credit.

Submission Deadline

April 15 for Academic Year/Fall Quarter/Fall Semester or September 15 for Spring Quarter/Spring Semester.
