The Hokkaido University Short Term Exchange Program (HUSTEP) is an undergraduate program designed for students to take a wide variety courses offered in English in the fields of Culture and Society, Environment, Science and Technology

Eligibility
The candidates should be recommended by dean to the head of KUI UGM

Application Procedure
Please provide the documents below:

1. Surat pencalonan dari Dekan Fakultas ditujukan kepada Kepala KUI UGM
2. Undergraduate student at their 3rd-6th semester
3. Completed HUSTEP application form
4. Completed Certificate of Enrollment form
5. Recommendation letter from academic supervisor
6. An Official Transcript of academic record (GPA min 3.0)
7. Certificate of Health
8. 2 recent photographs (3×4)
9. TOEFL certificate (TOEFL IBT min 79)
10. Copy of passport
