Scholarship Award for Psychology Study at Nottingham Trent University, UK

The Division of Psychology at Nottingham Trent University now invites undergraduate and master students to apply scholarship in the field of psychology.

Description
The Division of Psychology at Nottingham Trent University in the United Kingdom is one of the largest in the country with over 50 staff and over 30 postgraduate research students. Our work covers the full spectrum of applying theory to real world issues. We are seeking two outstanding candidates at either undergraduate or postgraduate level to go directly onto PhD study in areas of psychology that align with our staff interests. The scholarships will pay the equivalent to Home/EU fees and provide a maintenance stipend (currently £13,590 for 2012/13) for up to three years. International students are welcome to apply (if successful, international students paying international fees will be expected to pay the difference between the Home/EU fee and international fee).

Scholarship Award for Psychology Study
Eligibility
  • Applicants for MPhil or PhD should either hold or be expected to hold a first class BPS accredited degree or a distinction at Masters level in a psychology related discipline.
  • Overseas applicants whose first language is not English require an English language qualification of at least IELTS level 6.5 or equivalent.
  • Applications will only be accepted from new applicants. Current students who are already registered for a PhD are not eligible to apply.
